September 2026 Visa Bulletin: EB-3 Skilled & Unskilled Updates
The U.S. Department of State has released the September 2026 Visa Bulletin. Here's what it means for EB-3 Skilled Worker and EB-3 Other Worker (unskilled) applicants.
Good news first: every EB-3 Final Action Date held steady from August 2026 — no category retrogressed this month.
EB-3 Skilled Workers & Professionals — Final Action Dates — Worldwide (All Other Countries): September 1, 2024
EB-3 Other Workers (Unskilled) — Final Action Dates — Worldwide (All Other Countries): April 1, 2022
Dates for Filing (used only in months USCIS designates this chart for I-485 filing eligibility) — EB-3 Skilled: Worldwide & Mexico — Current
EB-3 Other Workers: Worldwide, Mexico & Philippines — August 1, 2022
What this means: if your priority date is earlier than the Final Action Date listed for your country and category, you may be eligible for visa issuance or I-485 approval this month. USCIS announces each month whether the Final Action Dates chart or the Dates for Filing chart applies for submitting Form I-485—please confirm the correct chart on the USCIS website before filing.
