November 2026 Visa Bulletin EB3 VISA Update

đź“‹ Visa Bulletin Update: November 2026 Is Out
The U.S. Department of State has released the November 2026 Visa Bulletin, and EB-3 (ROW/worldwide) is moving forward again after last month's pullback.
EB-3 Other Workers (Unskilled): — Dates for Filing — the chart USCIS confirmed for November adjustment of status (I-485) filings — moves to July 1, 2022, up one month from June 1, 2022 in October. This is the date that actually determines who can file this month.
EB-3 Skilled/Professional Workers: — Dates for Filing holds steady at August 1, 2024, unchanged from October.
For context — Final Action Dates also moved: Final Action (used for final green card approval, not for filing) jumped further this month: EB-3 Other Workers to June 1, 2022 (from January 1, 2022) and EB-3 Skilled to June 15, 2024 (from May 15, 2024). Since USCIS is using the Dates for Filing chart in November, Final Action isn't what decides who can file right now.
What this means: Last month's retrogression wasn't permanent — dates are moving forward again as expected after the new fiscal year reset. If you have questions about how this affects your specific priority date, reach out to our team.
